Alejandro

In 2015, Alejandro discovered the transformative power of yoga as a means to alleviate the pain he had been experiencing for months. Through his consistent practice, he regained his mobility and was able to walk pain-free. The following year, he completed his first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at CorePower Yoga, and in 2021, he continued his education with another 200-hour training at Yoga Belly. With over 1,000 classes taught both in person and online, Alejandro now focuses his teachings on helping others achieve healing, mobility, and personal growth. His expertise spans a variety of yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Hot 26, and Restorative, and he enjoys crafting dynamic flows that challenge his students while encouraging them to reach their full potential, even if that means turning their world upside down. Nicole

Hi there, I’m Nicole! I often find that I continuously push myself without creating space to release and decompress, so this is what I aim to provide in my yoga classes. Yoga, emphasizes breathing and quiet reflection, allowing us to come away feeling flexible in our bodies, relaxed in our minds, and calm in our nervous systems. My yoga practice has taught me the importance of self-love and compassion and I encompass these practices in all my classes. I believe that back bending is the key to unlocking your yoga practice, as it strengthens your spine and opens your heart. I started my yoga journey in 2016. I have since completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with a focus on Hatha Raja Yoga at Pursha Yoga School in San Francisco, California. I also trained in Power of Sadhana: Classic 26 with the renowned Talia Sutra and have completed 90 hours of training in yin yoga. I can’t wait to share my love of yoga with you!
