What if I’ve never done yoga before?

This was made with you in mind! Even if you’ve never taken a single class before, you can start with this 30-day challenge. We will go over the foundations.

I don’t have the time

These classes are between 5 and 75 minutes, but most are around 20 minutes a day. If you want to feel better in your body and mind it starts with making the commitment. Only you can decide to show up for yourself. So are you ready? It’s not about showing up everyday, but about continuously coming back to the practice.

What if I’m not flexible?

We weren’t when we started either. The only way we can become more flexible is by practicing! This challenge will help you build the routine of stretching.
