FREE 30-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge

This program will teach you how to practice yoga so that you can feel more present, stronger, and less stressed.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to create a more consistent routine, this challenge is designed just for you.

Over the next 30 days, you’ll build strong foundations through a variety of yoga styles—including vinyasa, hatha, breathwork, and meditation.

Training for the Trails: Yoga for Hikers

This program will help you feel stronger, breathe easier, and hike further—with less pain and more confidence.

Whether you’re preparing for a multi-day trek like the Camino de Santiago or just want to feel better on the trails, this yoga training is designed to support your body and your breath. You’ll build endurance, stretch deeply, and improve your lung capacity with targeted yoga and breathwork practices.
